Who You Are:

A dynamic sale driven team member to represent a national brand and provide exceptional service and satisfaction to our new and returning customer bases. When customers enter our store, there is a certain expectation in mind, and we enjoy providing that consistency for loyal customers. As part of the Purchase Green team, the bilingual Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and developing the most unique artificial grass experience for our customers. This role will collaborate closely with the Store Team including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Warehouse employees.

Pay:

$25 hr - $27 hr, plus bonus pay

Operating Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm; Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm; Sunday Closed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Serve clients needs for artificial grass
• Meet monthly sales goals consistently
• Constant contact to convert inbound leads to sales
• Organize and facilitate orders through Netsuite or SAP similar system.
• Serve as a brand ambassador: educate and delight our customers by delivering a unique and incredible experience that continues beyond the store visit via phone calls, emails etc.
• Find prospective customers and new target segments
• Manage estimate appointment flow maximizing optimal customer experience.
• Assist with inventory management and visual displays through Netsuite and/or SAP similar software.
• Grow and develop our customer base through one-on-one interactions in store and over the phone.
• Assist in all aspects of processing orders on an as needed basis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities):

• Must speak Spanish
• Calculate amounts such as square footage, linear footage, area, circumference, volume, percentages, discounts and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers via in person, phone, email etc.
• 3 - 5 year’s sales experience or comparable customer service experience
• Interpersonal skills conducive to team building
• Strong computer skills, especially Word, Excel, Google Docs, and type 45 WPM.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn and master artificial grass products, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to solve practical problems independently and discern when a supervisor’s assistance is required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time per day.
• Ability to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladder and lift frequently for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, pull or push 50 pounds alone.
